The Q-KON Network Operation Centre (NOC) takes a proactive approach to customer support and vendor management to provide the highest level of customer service and technical support. Staffed by experienced engineers certified to support a wide variety of satellite and wireless technologies.

The NOC monitors and maintains efficient operations of the satellite platforms 24x7, ensuring a trouble free service.  Remote support by the NOC is included in the standard Bandwidth Agreements, providing customers with various optional SLA offerings to guarantee times to provide on-site restoration services throughout the African continent.
