The NOC monitors and maintains efficient operations of the satellite platforms 24x7, ensuring a trouble free service. Remote support by the NOC is included in the standard Bandwidth Agreements, providing customers with various optional SLA offerings to guarantee times to provide on-site restoration services throughout the African continent.
