Furthermore, reaching remote sites in Africa within typical SLA response times remain a challenge due to the various obstacles faced with travelling in many African countries.

Q-KON has therefore developed proprietary que-Smart™ CPE devices that not only enables us to monitor and report on power availability but also bolsters our ability to provide remote support with the ability to Telnet into a modem through GSM networks without compromising the security of the network.  (It should be noted that this device was specifically designed with the network security concerns of the banking industry in mind)
