Introduction
The Ark Trust is based in the North-Eastern Kavango of Namibia and is bringing about change to make a difference. Their focus is education, and they are in the process of building a multipurpose care centre, opposite from the Thipanana Tribal Court, Makuwe. The centre will provide basic needs such as food, medical and psychological support and learning through playing for residents in and around the area.
The Challenge
The challenge was reliable connectivity in the rural, North-Eastern Kavango where The Ark is situated. Basic, everyday connectivity needs such on-line teaching and general office administration which was essential to the operations of the Ark was not available.
The Solution
Together with our Reseller in the region, CDM Technologies under the Management of Carl Marx we offered our Twoobii Broadband service to The Ark.
This has brough a great deal of relief to The Ark management team and they are now able to run the initiative, the office and education programs seamlessly.
