With Le Mirage Desert Lodge located deep in the Namib desert and Divava Okavango Resort & Spa is in the North overlooking the mighty Okavango River the natural locations of these lodges are absolutely fantastic.
The Challenge
Guests from all over the world only have praise for both these lovely retreats, but sometimes it happens that something falls short of the expected service. For some time, both lodges experienced very unreliable WiFi and broadband services and being in the middle of nowhere, this is no surprise.
The management really worked on this problem and started testing and evaluating all possible available services in their quest to provide reliable trusted broadband services to the business.
